Installation system requirements:

empower! installs and runs on Microsoft® Windows® 98, NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and XP against Oracle DBMS 8i and 9i.  The installation requires Microsoft Window Installer. If you don't have it, you can download it from:

download v2.0 for Windows 9x and Me
download v2.0 for Windows 2000/NT 4 (x86)
