• Added command settings:
• set delta[k|m] on column
• set delta off
• for displaying delta on columns during autorefresh
• set refresh <time-in-secs>

• command-line control of auto-refresh
• set rows <rows to keep>
• For rows to keep in grid during autorefresh - 0 means keep all rows
• "set keep on" is a pre-req for this
